Do you think Solban is a better topical than Super Zix II?

absolutely

if you really wanted to be as frugal as possible, just topical niacin and caffeine in an ethanol/water solution would be better

it might not be essential actually.
i think you only need some alcohol if you use aspirin powder too,
which is great for interacting with pgd2, which is definitely hair loss related.

but niacin also does something with pgd2

no.
if Rejuvaplex works for you, keep doing it and don't change.

this is only a specific pgd2/alternative topical, that I liked.

Zix is very nice topical. who cares about the mechanism of how it works?!
I like the simple version which is only vitamin B6 + Zinc + alcohol.
it is so simple and cheap that every body have to give it a try.
alcohol is no probelm just make your hair Appear thinner and dry sometimes, but crucial for penetration. it only 10% in zix.

I don't believe the DHT theory, therefore I don't use dht blockers

does it really matter if is dht blocker or if the dht theory is true or not???
zix got attention bcz it helped people and cost almost nothing to make, so please dont disturb other ppl experience with what you believe or not.

yes.
that's like saying vitamin c causes hair loss, therefore use topical vitamin c blockers.

did it help people ? I don't know if it did.

yes, I may disturb their placebo effect if I speak the truth too much.

camu camu - i deleted this from the rewrite. it is quite harmless and can help if you really needed a natural vitamin c.

moldy neighbour's shoes (user blahblahblah) - not a cause of hair loss or something I will research

others would have noticed i was against beta sitosterol, against tocotrienols, but also reccomended them.
if you must block dht for whatever reason, even though it doesn't cause hair loss, you could use it.
if tocotrienols work for you, use them. the solution is experimentation.

astaxanthin and vitamin d should be reconsidered

but not astaxanthin for its effect on dht, but it may play a role in pgd2 and oil oxidation

yes, I think avoiding grains will be beneficial ultimately

Avoiding grains?
We are eating oat meal with milk every morning.
I don't think basic food with their own benefits are effecting us in long term, as long as we eat them in symbiosis with other food.

Supplements though i stopped using, since they are only hopefully acting as they should, without their side benefits like natural food has.
If you use supplements for example then you really have to know what your body needs, like CS does for example otherwise it´s no use in my opinion.

I think grains should be fermented, cultured, soured, if you must eat them

exception is white rice, a safe food

actually Ray peat has advocated a lower fat diet of white fish and fruits, and of course milk but it's still a low fat diet if you can follow it..... As far as David Wolf's Kakao cure, I think it has more to do with the caffeine and then the polyphenols...
