Seborrhoeic dermatitis?

Hello there...

After haft of year since I noticed hair thinning and falling out, I went to private dermatologist...

She said I have Seborrhoeic dematitits... She also told me that I definitely don't have androgenic alopecia, that it's just my hair thinner and change of quality and color.

Now... I'm just scared as shit about it... what if diagnose is wrong and I have androgenic alopecia?

So few days after, I went to another dermatologist and he said same and also told me to stop worrying, that I DEFINITELY DON'T have AA.

Today I started using some losion for SD (twice a day), and I'm about to use some shampoo for same reason (2 times per week) for about a month...

Why am I still affraid and not fully convinced for some reason? I'm scared that I could spend my time on wrong thing... should I trust them(afterall, they are professionals, right)? And any idea on how approximately to expect untill I can see decreased number of hair fall out?

exactly my story..
3 dermatologists, 2 other medical practitioners, all diagnosed seborrhoeic dermatitis (probably it was too obvious, dandruff like flakes, oily scalp). they prescribed anti-fungal topicals and shampoos.
yet, i was thinning and losing hair in a pattern. it was clearly MPB.
