Maybe... I take InulinFOS, 2g/day.

I have ezcema but the last serious outbreak was a year ago or so. I speculate that a malfunction of the liver/kidneys causes toxins to be expelled via the skin and this causes dermatitis.
Right now I'm on niacinamide which is a good liver remedy and it seem to improve things. I take 750mg 3 times with meals but you can go even higher.
