Need help with constant sneezing!

Hey guys, I have been having this for awhile... a couple of years for sure...

I sneeze like 20 times a day I don't know what triggers this, I previously did some allergy tests (years back) and was positive for some of them (not sure what now)

Its not really that bad... it's just annoying, is there something to take that works effectively? I am also breathing ok from my nose, nothing is blocked, and nose is mostly dry...

I have had experience with a lot of sneezing and in my case it was a certain food that caused it. So try to narrow down the foods that it might be. Even if you think there is no way it will cause you to sneeze because you always eat it and you don't think it has caused you problems it might be the culprit.

You might also have some yeast in your system causing some allergies. An acidophilous supplement would be great for that. Multidophilous by Solaray is a good one. You should also avoid sugars for some time. I am sure there is great information on here about getting rid of yeast.

Another thing that could cause you to keep sneezing sometimes is the choice of tissue you use to wipe or blow your nose afterwards. I know that caused continuous sneezing for me sometimes. You might want to use something other than a tissue.

Great info, I didn't know it could be food sensitivity, but that's an idea... Actually, I've ordered the probiotic suggested by CS (http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Jarro-Dophilus-EPS-5-Billion-Organisms-per-Capsule-120-Veggie-Caps/7006?at=hil335) but I never used it yet...I'll start taking to see...

CS, do you think I should get the Zinc? any other supps? I wanna get the allergy out... I read on iherb, that jarrows probiotic (Jarrow EPS Probiotic) is good, but not if you take 1 pill a day (says on the box), a lady said to take it 3x 3 times a day, to see a big difference, I will try to take 3x 2 times a day.
