Your issue was not the same as virtua's... as discussed, you had the wrong address provided. Your order was shipped the day after you placed it, and it wound up going on a world tour of post offices in the U.S. as a result of incorrect address.

Note: Updated this thread's main post to reflect Antioxidant Boost being in-stock, and how people can continue to order with PayPal.

Any news on the sale? A few months since it was mentioned.

I need to stock up on some items soon, so it would be good to do it with the sale!

Hi Nid, somehow I did not see this before today. But just to be clear, no, I did not provide the wrong shipping address on your site. I honestly don't know know what happened but it's way past me now... I'm sure it wasn't your fault at all.

What really happened though was that I wrote the wrong address on one of the emails I sent to you (the correct one was already listed on the site) and then decided to correct myself on another email so you wouldn't think I listed the wrong shipping address on your site... Sorry for the confusion man, hopefully things can work out a lot smoother next time   

On the flipside tho, I am extremely satisfied with my order and I will definitely be ordering again for sure.

virtua_ - I contacted "Nid" and he said that he's been checking to see when that large shipment will be ready so the sale can happen. It seems that it will still be a few weeks ahead.

Sale is going to be a long ways away, unfortunately. We do not have the inventory to support one, so we are having to invest the house into getting an adequate inventory. It will be a 7 day thing though, and an e-mail will be sent out to all prior customers plus an announcement on here.

How do you define "a long ways"? Months?

It could be months. Really depends on sales, as we need sales to re-up on product to support the sale. In other words, if anyone is holding out waiting for the sale, it's actually hurting the chances of us having one anytime in the future, crazy as it sounds. Can't run a sale if it puts us out of product in a couple of days, you know? Have to make sure we are prepared for high volume, as we've never run one before. So, we are in the process of re-upping on Ecklonia Cava and then Decalcify. How fast both of those occur depends on how fast we can raise the capital.

We are working towards a point sometime in the future that if an overabundance of stock exists, it will be headed for a sale. However, it's been a higher priority to maintain adequate stock on all items.

Ok, ive been using the ortho shampoo for a few years now, however I just recieved my bottle in the mail and the product is super milky instead of clear and doesnt lather at all.

Basically its more like a conditioner and doesnt even wash out of the hair well like every other bottle ive ever had, whats going on?

The formulator decided to up the "quality" of the shampoo by placing more of the actives in it. Unfortunately, this changed the texture. So, it was an unpopular move and the formula should be reverted back to its original texture.
I will verify that this has occurred to be sure.

Sure enough, the original version will be available in two weeks.

Glad to hear the shampoo will be returning to the previous formula as I had the same experience with my last bottle. Too bad there couldn't be more actives with the old texture/lather.

Love the products! Have you ever considered shipping from EU? I would gladly buy Ortho Nutrition products, but customs are just too expensive for me. Does anyone have info on bypassing the EU customs if I pick USPS Priority International Flat-rate?

Yes this is possible to avoid customs. I'll follow-up on this to provide a more definitive answer.

I found out that usually a low cost is put upon the supplements invoice, therefore the impact on customs is little to no import fees.
