No offence, but it´s not right to erase questions regarding poor customer service.
If your site docent even bother to reply after payment, and the weeks just go by with no information then you should seriously reconsider handling a business.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as iceage, Paypal not working and unable to order. The Paypal has been a problem for my last few orders so stretching back well over a year. My Paypal works fine for everything else but for some reason when I order on the site it won't accept my address. My last few orders I've completed by email but I've not had a reply from email to Nidhogge. Are you still in business?

Yes, Paypal has been an issue and I'll find out from Nidhogge directly where things are at. Yes Ortho Nutrition is still in business. I'll respond back here with the answer.

An invoice is needed to allow Paypal to work in this case. Because of international restrictions. However, an invoice will work.

Would it be just as effective to take the pill in the suggested amount or to break open tablets and mix with carrier oil as a shampoo? I've found a few shampoos/topical treatments with this ingredient in them but not sure how high the dosage is.

It will work, but not experience as many internal benefits.

Would it be more effective for hair benefits with a topical? That's the main reason I want to use this, but if the pill has the same effects with hair that would be more convenient. I read somewhere that a topical with this ingredient is better for hair?

I've used this since 2006, so based on the internal benefits, I'd rather not waste them on topical alone. It's good for skin and other things...However no reason not to try it either way.

I recently ordered a bunch of things from hair evo....the money was taken from my account but I received no confirmation email and no products...I feel like I have been scammed or something...anyone else had this issue? I ordered these products because I heard Brian simonis on a podcast and he sounded very credible...I went to his website and followed the links to purchase the supplements...Brian please help.

Customer service is not the best for HairEvo. I only help develop the products. The only thing I can help with is to improve the chances that it will be delivered. There maybe a back order on one of the products. I'll look into it.
