apple cider vinegar?

What do you guys think of apple cider vinegar? I've read people feeling better from fatigue and sleeping much better, which 2 of my problems are, after mixing with water and drinking every day, have any of you tried this? Thanks.

2 tbps of ACV and add 1/4 tsp of baking soda to it, in a glass of water. easier for your body and wont ruin your teeth.

Ahh thanks for that elan. Have you personally used it for anything? Can you just buy AVC from a regular store?

ACV tablets are excellent for digestion, and I too would sleep like a baby, when I took one before sleeping.

Yeah ive used it that way a few times before, its good for energy and balancing you body's ph. i get my organic stuff from the health store, they'll have it at the grocery store just nor sure if it will be good organic stuff.

I buy the liquid brand from Iherb


I usually just down a small gulp 2-3 times a day. Especially if I over eat or something particularly unhealthy. Helps keep my weight in check and I think I'm losing weight from this practice.

Weirdly enough, almost all of the problems i'm searching have ACV linked to a cure.

Can anybody let me know if any of these are good?

I have problems buying from America and I have to try find alternatives..

Acv works wonders
i use it as a combination with iodine to fight
off diseases (cold) and it increases my activity
and lightens my mood :]

I used to hate drinking acv but now I squeeze 1/2 a lemon, add some baking soda, and it's much more palatable.

Is ACV with "mother" better than without? Can anyone tell me if either of these are okay?

Might give this a try. How much baking soda? half a spoon?

I like the taste of ACV but it can burn my throat a bit sometimes.

Just read on Earth Clinic that the "Bragg" brand is the most popular ACV, have any of you guys used it effectively? Was it like this?

Yes that's the one tooyoung. It really is the best as far as ACV goes.

I've read ACV strips enamel from the teeth...per the Braggs bottle it says 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz water. I don't mind the taste, but is this going to damage my teeth? How can I counteract it?

I doubt that it can cause any serious damage if you do dilute it in water before you consume it. And then you'd have to rinse it off with water ofcourse. I might be wrong but that;s how i do it.

Do you brush or just rinse & spit?

I just rinse n spit. Brushing doesn't make sense to me in this situation for if the rinsing weren't to get rid of the ACV how is brushing supposed to.

I've taken 2tbsp of Braggs organic ACV in 250mL of water once upon waking, once at night for the past 40 days or so. Hasn't made any difference whatsoever.

Yes it could, so use a straw or two!
Simple and effective

I've been using the Braggs brand for about 3 weeks now and have been applying it to my face using a cotton ball and my skin has improved dramatically. Feels a lot softer and clearer and i no longer have those black heads on my nose. I've also been taking 3 tea spoons in a glass of water 3 times a day (morning, midday, night) and my bowel movements have become a lot more regular, i also just feel better internally.

I must be the only one it doesn't seem to work for...must start applying it topically. Do you dilute it before application?

No the only time i dilute it is when drinking it and even then I've heard some people don't do that and just drink it straight from the bottle (yuck)

What i do is i shake the bottle then place the cotton ball over the top and tip a little bit of the ACV onto the ball so it soaks up and i then just rub it onto my face. It tingles a fair bit the first few times i did it but now there isn't any sort of reaction except or the smell then after an hour or so i rinse my face with cold water.
