Apple cider vinegar
Hi guys, I have just come across the benefits of apple cider vinegar, I want to take it internally and also as a scalp rinse. Had anyone any suggestions how to prepare?

Apple cider vinegar is good for hair.It helps to make hair shine and dandruff free.Apple cider vinegar balance pH level of hairs and kill bacteria which cure dandruff and other hair problems like itching and hair loss.
Try this:
Make a mixture of egg yolk,2 tablespoon of castor oil,2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.rub this mixture into your scalp and cover with warm towel till 50-60 minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water.Apple this method twice in a week.

Castor oil is a very heavy oil. I know if I put 2 tablespoons of castor oil on my (naturally) fine and thin hair, I'd have a heck of a time trying to wash it out! Maybe I'll try a teaspoon instead.
I know hair recipes using apple cider vinegar always say to dilute it, but I use a bit of it straight on washed and dried hair. It seems to balance the Ph level so it behaves better.
Internally, I've been taking 2 or 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (organic, unpasteurized) in water, along with a tablespoon or so of blackstrap molasses. It's a great combination for general health as well as hair.

It's not the most pleasant smelling topical (it can also sting if applied and the scalp is sore like mine can be after brushing), but apparently it works very well
I've been drinking it regularly for digestive health and use it sometimes on my scalp too when I think I can stand the smell!!
