Stupid question

I just ran out of my stock of acetyl l-carnitine today. I had placed an order last week on Swansons that still hasn't arrived and may not be getting here until Monday.
Is it okay for me to go through the next few days w/o it or should I just go to a Vitamin Shoppe/GNC type place and get some to get me through the weekend?
Thoughts?

Just eat low glycemic meals and you should be ok.

hadrion - I'm not 100% sure about them, but I do buy their ALC, b/c it's way cheaper than virtually anyplace else, plus it's free shipping.
