I think that you gonna make a mistake, just like I did.
why do you say this?
why are people so set again hair transplants? its only for the temples. for as aslong as the massaging works I'll keep doing it, even for life.
You can PM me...

I hate looking in the mirror and seeing a fucked up fringe. I want my temples back asap. I completely believe in massaging but dont have the time to wait years decent coverage when I can wait like 6/8 months to be satisfied

I think we might be on to something, iono If im trippen or not but I have peach fuzz near my window peak area, I don't think its miniaturized hair. Then again, I might just be trippen, time will time, wish i started this sooner. Only been at it for a month.

I totally understand you - You think "right here, right now", but it is the most dangerous thing to do. I thought this way too and now I pay the price. You are not in your 50's but your 20's - keep in mind.

Re: Detumescence Therapy- dedicated volunteers wanted
Shell we pinch each same spot once and then move on and doing the rest of the scalp and repeat it for 10-20 min - or like pinch the same spot few times for like 15-30 seconds and then moving on?

Who said it takes years?? It doesn't take years unless you've been bald for many, many years.

I think the temples are most peoples problem area. I just know what it is about these areas. I look at my nephew who is 2 years old and he even has whispy hair on his temples. it seems alot of children have temporal recession. hopefully if I just get a ht there then the rest can remain.

Anyone have any updates?
I've been only doing my temples since I'm NW2-3. I haven't seen much yet probably.

Re: Detumescence Therapy- dedicated volunteers wanted
Hard to say. One day I think it's getting better, the next day I see a bunch of hairs all over the sink and floor and I think it's getting worse.
My rate of loss has definitely slowed, but I'm doing a bunch of other things as well.

i recommend you do the whole scalp. bloodflow is from back to front, so if your scalp on crown or top is not loose your temples might not profit as much as they could.

I have some kind of mental hangup about messing with areas that aren't problems. I have thick hair on my crown.

One month is way too early to determine anything. Also, most of the arteries and at the middle/crown of the head... Your mental hang up will fuck you over if you let it. Ask yourself this, "Do I want to let this "mental hang up prevent me from regrowing all my hair up? Or do I want to stay bald and give into that little voice in my head that probably got me into this mess in the first place?" Just do it man.

Re: Detumescence Therapy- dedicated volunteers wanted
I am only working my problem area, my temples and continue to have new growth in that area. Once I have my hair back, I'll then go to my whole scalp as a maintenance plan. Right now I suggest you dedicate your effort to your problem area. The goal of this is to force the crap out of your pores and follicles, which is why you probably had pimples by the way. It's working it's way out. Blood flow is not an issue if you are doing this exercise. You are loosening your scalp in the process and if you look in the mirror while you're doing it, you'll see your scalp go dark red.

The pimples have stopped!
Maybe I'll do both.
