Help for my cousin needed.

Hi IH an co. I really need help for my cousin. She is 33 year old female and had caught small-pox from her 2 year old daughter year ago. It turned out to be horrible disease for her she suffered long time and she also get (i do not know the exact medical term) some kind of bacteria, which eat through her lungs so she has lowered lungs capacity. From that moment till now, she is still in very bad condition. She has virtually no immunity, whenever her daughter has some disease she suffers with her, but more badly, she also has higher body temperature than normal and from all of this she is depressed. So I would like to know, how to get her immunity back (in the first place), maybe how to improve her damaged lungs... I was thinking about colostrum or maca for immunity, but I have no other ideas. Help appreciated.
