Looking for Help or Recommendations after Test Results

Hi guys,
So I recently tested for a lot of stuff and here is what I got back

Pregnenolone <5, Reference Range 13-208ng/dL
mycoplasma penumoniae AB IGG, EIA- 2.22, reference range >=1.10 Positive
Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever IgG Detected 1:64
Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy= 26, Reference Range 30-100 ng/mL
White Blood Cell Count 3.6, Reference Range 3.8-10.8 Thousand/uL

CS or anyone have any recommendations on how to treat this?

no one knows what to do about progesterone except for a life long HRT. My personal theory is that since it is made from omega 3 and you have low levels of progesterone, then your omega 3:6 ratio is out of whack. Do a thyroid test and also check your testosterone, estrogen, SHBG, etc.
