TEST RESULTS BACK, NOW WHAT?

Hi, I have just received my test results from the blood test.

The below tests all came back within the desirable range.
Thyroid function , Serum/Plasma Glucose, B12/ Folate, ECG scan, Iron.

The results below show that I am just short on white cells, what can I take to increase my white cells? Also my Cholesterol is slightly high which needs addressing.

Lipid –
LDL Chol. 2.9, (desirable range is below 2.5)

White Cell count-
White cell count 3.6
Neutrophils 1.7
Platelets 133


I have recently returned from overseas, during my trip I was sick with the cold and 24 hour stomach virus so guessing that may have effected the white cell count. I was talking to my Dad about the results and he said when he was young his white cell count was always low so that may be genetics.

I stress a lot so what can I take to help with stress?

Also, what can i take that will directly help hair loss?

aussie, my layman's guess is that if your sick your white cell count should go up, not down...
