Help me find high quality coconut oil!

my coconut oil has finished http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Healthy-Foods-Virgin-Coconut-Oil-20-fl-oz-591-ml/7090 and i was really wondering ...is this really the best quality i can buy?...i really want to buy the best stuff possible...what do you guys recommend?....also when cooking what type of oil is better?..virgin or refined?

I've tried a few different brands and even the refined stuff. I think that the best I have tried is Barlean's extra virgin. Jarrow's is pretty good too, probably just as good really. Haven't tried Tropical Tradition yet.

In regards to the cooking part, most oils when cooked turn carcinogenic after their flash point. Most have low flash points and break down under relative low temps. Macadamia oil though is one most don't know about and has many benefits as well as won't break down under high temps when cooking. make sure you buy coconut oil or any other oil in glass jar or bottle. oil+plastic=bad
