I got blood results back with high iron and high levels of androstenedione.

I quit fin 2 months ago after being on it for 4 years.

Does anyone know what the ideal levels are for the two?
And how i can correct them..

cuebreeze - That regimen you're on should help reduce both iron levels and Androstendione. Boosting your beneficial intestinal flora will reduce the expression of 17-beta-HSD.
