Im reading an article about earthing and grounding in this workout magazine and it seems rather interesting... They did a study about nighttime cortisol levels and they were significantly reduced when "grounded"

They did mention you can make one or get the same effect from lying outside on the ground. Something about the free electrons reduce inflammation markers such as CRP, etc...

Anyone know how to make one or where to buy a sleep pad or a feet pad for like your computer desk?

As a freely available source of electromagnetic energy, it is only rivaled by standing in sunlight. I'd call both lightning strikes and sunlight equally fundmental requirements for basic human life. There is already a lengthy post on this topic.

I have a natural swimming pond(hope that's the correct translation) in the garden and I love dangling my feet in there while lying in the sun. Do you think the electron supply is good/better then standing on the ground? The only problem I see is the pond foil, that dissconnects the water from the earth....
