Going to live in the garden (Earthing / Grounding)

Well, maybe not ha, but I imagine doing so would be fantastic for health. Better thyroid, inflammation, vascular function, reduced inflammation etc. so many aspects related to better hair health:



Me, I'm shooting for a minimum of 30 mins per day. Easy enough in this nice sunny weather. Come the autumn I'll prob need to invest in some "earthing" type footwear

(I don't trust grounding mats inside buildings, too much potential for stray electricity to get channelled directly to you/the mat)

and yet primates in the wild still get mpb

interesting observation, but beside the point a little, for me at least...  it's just one piece of many in the equation, too many benefits of grounding to ignore for me personally. reducing inflammation and decreasing stickiness of the blood interest me the most

though, seeing as you brought it up what's the balding rate of primates vs humans?
