Natural Testosterone Formula (against estrogene dominance)

Hi there guys.

after quitting propecia I've been suffering from serious estrogene and prolactin dominance, and my testo lvls where lower than for an average 20-year old.

When I used Zinc 50mg for a while, I felt better. Even my blood results showed that during my zinc course I had higher testosterone, and lower estrogene (but unfortunately higher prolactin too!)

You may wish to combat Prolactin with one capsule of Chasteberry (Vitex Angus I believe) with both breakfast, and dinner.

your body is screaming for thyroid hormone,

what is your plan of action for thyroid?

id really focus on adrenals and thyroid
see if you can do a 24hr salvia cortisol + Free T3, Total T3, Free T4, Total T4 and Reverse t3
Vitamin D, B12 and Ferritin would all be good to know via testing

your Testosterone may come after correcting other areas.

While I'm sure that this formulation will yield some results, I do have a few objections. DIM instead of Bio-DIM, the latter of which is far more bioavailable to the body. Piperine isn't something that I recommend using to make things more bioavailable...sure it works, but it has sides too. All of the other ingredients look solid--good forms of Zinc and Magnesium in the ZMA combo.

blackjack: I don't really know what you meant to say, but I do not want to mess with too many supplements.

you have hypothyroidism.. you need to either fix your defiencies of Iron, B12, Selenium, Iodine or take armour.. chances are you need to take all of them..

H, may I ask you what the typical symptoms of hypothyriodism are? (withot hypochondric stuff ).

Can someone have Hypot. if t3 and t4 are normal?

What exactly shall I take? Iron and selen supplements or what?

take the supplements you need. Test Ferritin before you take Iron.
some hypo symptoms; cold, depressed, fatigue, brain fog, constipation, low sex drive, hair loss, etc, etc
