questions about HGH
Is there any new information on Human Growth Hormone? Will it help? Is it as dangerous as some say? Are there any new protocols for its use? Are there reputable ways to get it?

I'll insert my opinion here for what it's worth.
Should you take HGH?
HGH is a hormone that stimulates growth, cell reproduction, and regeneration in humans and other animals. It is produced by the pituitary gland and regulated by various factors, including nutrition, stress, and exercise. HGH has many functions in the body, such as increasing muscle mass, bone density, and metabolism, as well as enhancing wound healing and immune system function. HGH is also used as a medication to treat various conditions, such as growth disorders, muscle wasting, and aging.
So that said, here's why you probably shouldn't take it:
HGH therapy has some potential side effects, such as fluid retention, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, diabetes, and cancer. Therefore, HGH therapy should be prescribed and monitored by a qualified physician. Some of the recent research on HGH includes exploring its effects on cognitive function, cardiovascular health, and longevity.
Is there an alternative?
6-hour Colostrum.
Pricey? Yes, but safe.

Superior to rHGH and contains all the peptides, not just two synthetic analogs.

Have you tried Colustrum 6? Here's the video on HGH that led me to ask you about it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVoxfABoHh4

The study referenced is here: doi:10.1111/acel.13028

The "youtuber" is a student and really knows enough to sound credible, but would heed caution.
Seems to subscribe to epidemiology--something most are prone to falling for.
Based on the paper cited, there's no evidence that it would even come close to the
"Colostrum 6."
Also as mentioned earlier, recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) is just two synthetic analogues,
instead of an entire super family which is balanced and without adverse side-effects.

Re: questions about HGH
Colostrum seems to be making a difference. I don't have the aches and pains I used to.
