GHK-Cu - Benefits for Skin and Hair
I've been reading up on GHK-Cu and its reported beneficial effects. Some of the things mentioned about the ingredients makes it sound like a miracle ingredient for its regenerative abilities. I've noticed that this is being sold on HairEvo. Would be interested to hear more how this can help us and does it really help reverse clock?

I have read overuse can damage collagen and actually age you but that could just be Internet myth tho I have read more then once individuals claiming it wrecked their skin but like I said Internet is full of contradictions.

Most of the time, important details are left out. It is actually difficult to over use these peptides.
Here is a way to improve their efficacy.

Microneedle-Mediated Delivery of Copper Peptide Through Skin.
Abstract
PURPOSE:
Copper peptide (GHK-Cu) plays an important role in skin regeneration and wound healing. However, its skin absorption remains challenging due to its hydrophilicity. Here we use polymeric microneedle array to pre-treat skin to enhance GHK-Cu skin penetration.METHODS:
Two in vitro skin models were used to assess the capability of microneedles in facilitating skin delivery of GHK-Cu. Histological assay and confocal laser scanning microscopy were performed to characterize and quantify the microconduits created by the microneedles inside skin. Cellular and porcine models were used to evaluate the safety of microneedle-assisted copper peptide delivery.RESULTS:
The depth and percentage of microneedle penetration were correlated with application forces, which in turn influenced the extent of enhancement in the skin permeability of GHK-Cu. In 9 h, 134 ± 12 nanomoles of peptide and 705 ± 84 nanomoles of copper permeated though the microneedle treated human skin, while almost no peptide or copper permeated through intact human skin. No obvious signs of skin irritation were observed with the use of GHK-Cu after microneedle pretreatment.CONCLUSIONS:
It is effective and safe to enhance the skin permeation of GHK-Cu by using microneedles. This approach may be useful to deliver similar peptides or minerals through skin._________________

Re: GHK-Cu - Benefits for Skin and Hair
Okay, so good to hear that this benefits the skin. But don't skin creams already have this as their ingredient? The thing is, for some reason, whenever I come across mainstream skin care products like from Nivea, Olay etc, I don't really believe that they are revolutionary products beneficial to the skin. And I think I have come across copper peptides such as GHK inside their skin products. So why would buying GHK-Cu on its own be any better?
Not sure if people get me, or feel the same way, but somehow, buying things online, or an ingredient that is very new, or not quite known, somehow psychologically feels as if it should be better. Is this the case with GHK-Cu. Is it really better.
Plus I see on the HairEvo site its sold as powder. Do I need to buy Rejuveplex as well? How about if I just mixed this in something like C60, or simply normal olive oil? Also, I was thinking that taking this as a supplement would be a good idea as well.
