Schuessler’s Tissue Salts - Benefits For Hair and General Health

I didn't know about these until recently, and was wondering what are you guys thoughts on Schuessler’s Tissue Salts. Can they help with hair loss? Also can they be very effective for our overall health?

The one that really got me confused is Calcium Fluoride. We know Sodium Fluoride is bad for us, especially the pineal gland. But what about Calcium Fluoride. Is this also bad?

Correct Calcium Fluoride, not exactly what we want.

What's better? Unrefined sea salt (amount suited to taste) in water will more than suffice. Instead of getting 27 salts, you're getting 92. I rest my case.

Is himalayan salt considered good, or is better to just get plain sea salt. What are some good brands?

Himalayan? Not so great. Best to acquire unrefined sea salt that's been baked in the sun. Has to do with electrons.
