Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Hello guys
Grettings from Croatia (sory for bad english)
Have read all these pages- not at once, probably something forgoten.I have seboreic dermatitis and hairloss for about 15 years. Started smotthies year ago,it helped me.
Thinking green juices are even more important than topical aplication?

Also sage, when did you notice the gaps in your forehead hairs start filling in? Im getting the little white hairs on the temples but it's so depressing seeing that thinning front of head, especially with the shedding that's going on.
Cannot remember exactly when i noticed, but the smallish hairs came quite fast.
But the new hairs started growing from the back area and sides towards the frontal area.
It´s still filling on my scalp, and thickening nicely or should I say as it should.

You don´t have to rinse it off, and I actually think It´s more efficient just to leave It on.
It´s pure natural so your body will absorb and handle It by It´s own way.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
The problem with fresh coriander is it dosent last very long. Last week I bought some fresh corriander and used some on my head that day. Then I froze the rest to use a few days later.
Do you think freezing the coriander to use later will still be effective?
I am currently use a mixture of green tea, various oils and corriander seeds. I used the green tea coconut mixture since December but there was no regrowth.
I started adding corriander seeds to the mixture 1 week ago but haven't noticed anything.

Thanks, I'm glad because I'm really applying my hairspray with your ingredients a lot.
I wish it would smell like cilantro though, the smell goes away very quickly.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Thanks for the answer sage, sorry for all the questions. Some areas look like they're continuing to thin but then these little hairs make me think it's just part of the process. How long do you think roughly til they become terminal hairs? Know it's hard to say but roughly. I've been on this a month today i think and the little find hairs are all over my temple area now but just wish they'd hurry it up and fill in the other areas, know I should be patient, having a bad day with how I feel about it all.

Hi, what kind of juices do you make?
I make one with cucumber and lemon every night, and most times add in 3-4 stalks of celery.
Also carrots, I love carrot smoothies.

This article lists various ways coriander/cilantro can be stored (for those of us who aren't growing it):

Excess estrogen is commonly a variable associated with baldness and I read that carrot fibers do a great job absorbing whatever is building up in the lining of our intestines.

It's my favorite vegetable
I can eat an entire bag of baby carrots like nothing in a smoothie.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Tonight I officially joined Sage1's legion of believers.
Whipped up my first batch using organic green tea, cilantro/coriander leaves, and rosemary leaves. Couldn't get the exact consistency that he had in his pictures, but it'll just have to suffice for now. I plan on ordering a dermaroller tomorrow to add a little more firepower. I am going to get a 1.5mm (for the times I want to try wounding) and .5mm for most days when I'm just trying to improve absorption.
....... and so begins the journey to scalp/hair recovery!

I am making carrots juice in blender, trying to buy slow juicer
Reading this topic last summer planted coriander, definately I will try topical treatment ( especially in spray bottle)

Wow, that sounds like a lot of nettles.
Do you buy the leaves whole? The only time I've ever used nettle was in a tea (with a teabag).

I'm starting to wonder if us beginners should actually use the paste and not just the liquid extracted thru the strainer. We need to get as much of that stuff in our scalps as possible.
For Sage1 - he's already been at this for a while, not to mention he's juicing as well.

I pick nettles in my yard or at neighbours
They are best when they about 20 cm height, after that I pick top of a plant
Definitely trying to buy slow juicer
Must read again your recipe for topical aplication

Schitz, don't see how it matters if it's paste or water based. I'm getting results and I've been on this a month with just the water application. Plus from experience all those oils on dry hair seem to increase the ammount of shedding in my case, the water application is so much cheaper too and suits my needs as it drys in about an hour so you can leave it on if you don't want to wash it off.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
unfortunately coriander seed powder dosnt mix well with water ...but since i dont have the leafs i must keep using the powder , i just mix it with a green tea powder and i add black tea instead of water , make it as a past then stick to my head ,leave it 20~30 min and then wash it with water , it is really annoying and time consuming doing it that way but i dont have a choice i just save the time till i find the leafs .

What's your recipe? Is it like my hairspray? I use the same ingredients but more water to allow it to work as a spray.
I wonder if you can spray it on too much, if it would dry out the hair and make hair loss worse, I'm using it a lot.

What do you think abt this coriander oil: Panaseeda Coriander Oil (google for that, as I'm not allowed to post links yet).
It's supposed to be 100% coriander. Would this be better than using the fresh leaves?

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Well I use 2 cups of distilled water, 1 bag of "Organic and Pure" brand green tea (sometimes I use white tea from the same brand), and a big bunch of whole cilantro stems. I break the cilantro into smaller pieces then add enough rosemary that it covers the water (I don't really measure). Then I cover the pot and leave it for a few hours.
I do wash my hair every day (with water), but I'm trying to not shampoo every day now. Or at least switch to an organic shampoo. I also spray a 50-50 apple cider vinegar-distilled water mix in the shower and rinse it off.
