Indian gooseberry

Also called Amla. Just heard about this foreign fruit lately. Seems to be rich in antioxidants and vit C, E and a bunch of others. It seems to benefit hair growth as well and is often found in hair tonics. They say its good for the heart since it has some ACE inhibitor action which might lower blood pressure. And it might restore brain neurotransmitter health becuz of its vit C content. An all-around good thing by the looks of it. You can buy capsules, powder or juice online. I'm thinking of trying it. Anybody else heard of this?
