Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Hey congrats man. I've got a few questions. Did you have the oily scalp that it seems like most of us MPB sufferers have? Did this take care of it if so? Has the fatty layer underneath the scalp skin that seems to be required for hair growth regenerated itself at all from this procedure? How is the scalp in terms of inflammation? Thanks.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
I have no sides from this.
Hard to say regarding oily scalp since i have been shaving since i started loosing hair, and i did not put much attention about my hair loss.
I also started to use tee tree oil before i put the topical, to cleanse my scalp before applying.
A water moist cotton pad, with about 6 drops of tee tree oil.
This remedy for me is final now: Cleanse my scalp with tee tree oil first and alternate coriander, parsley paste with the oils.
I think the topical with the chlorella intake (rich in chlorophyll) has a major impact, and my gray beard like hair on the sides is normal hair again.
My green juicing is for overall health, that helps for a long term balance body and hair.

Can you explain exactly the measurements for the topical?

Be careful with tea tree oil. It is great at killing bacteria, fungi & viruses but may cause feminizing effects. Ie, gyno. Etc

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
My final topical treatment:
First i put the oils in a small bowl, 2 tsp castor oil, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp emu oil.
I added the emu oil since it penetrates the skin easier.
Then i put about 10 leaves of coriander (cilantro), or 5 leaves of parsley (alternate) in the pestle mortar bowl and 1 green tea bag, and mash it until it becomes a paste.
Pour the paste in in the oils and mix it really well until it gets green, and then i add 1 tsp coconut oil, 2 tsp of coconut milk and 3 tsp of castile soap in the bowl and mix it again.
Then i use a brush (the ones for mixing hair color) and put on my hair, and then massage it with my fingers into my scalp.
Leave it in for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.
A lot of ingredients, but the oils last for a long time, and remember to put the opened coconut milk covered in the fridge for maximum 4-5 days.

Hopefully earlier.
I used the emu oil in the beginning and ordered it from UK and stopped it for comfy reasons.
But i put it back in my remedy since i believe it has an impact as mentioned.

Definitely a lot, but I can absolutely see how it would be beneficial.

I buy the oils castor, emu in big bottles.
The olive oil, coconut oil, coconut milk, coriander, parsley is easy from the grocery store.

If this concoction works then it's gotta be the coconut oil/milk that is special. I've tried castor, olive and emu oils separately before and nothing happened.

Coconut oil is awesome stuff! I apply it after I shower and gets rid of the itch and dry scaly skin i get in the winter. Saw some regrowth when i started using it and started drinking coffee. Seem to be going through a shed now though : (. I think ive been smoking to much coupled with some insomnia.

Coconut oil is the bomb. Also don't forget MCT oil (dense in ketones) extracted from said oil. It's the gateway to placing your body in ketosis. Otherwise you deprive your brain of valuable keotones and must resort to burning glucose instead. You remove the brain's efficiency and one-two punch.

Just derma rolled and put this concoction on. Replaced emu oil with magnesium (didn't have it). So far it feels very cool for my scalp.

I think it´s more that the all oils and milk are bases (with their benefits), and the green tea and coriander (cilantro) is the actual trigger for the scalp.
Going to stick with the coriander instead of alternate with parsley, since the coriander has a more pleasant feeling on the scalp, and it works great for me.

I have too much free time, therefore i started experimenting.
My hair growth started from the back on the sides, and it went up forwards towards my crown as i showed in a bad picture before.
Now i have really good regrowth on my temple, and it´s starting to shape up nicely on my whole head.
Going to take better close up picture during the day.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
I darkened the picture since i have blond hair (some still white) that are really hard to capture.
Took a flash picture on top of my head to show the first hairs that sprouted and the followers, and therefore it looks funny so i have to visit the barber again.

Hi Growdamnit,
I checked up the derma roller, and i saw in a different thread that you use 1,5 mm needles.
I understand it´s purpose but they recommended 0,5 - 1 mm max for the scalp, if your not a qualified derm or doc?
But the skin on the scalp is the same as the rest of the body so why not probably.
Hopefully you will get even faster results than i did, since it will penetrate your scalp more efficiently.

Every day now.
Since all the ingredients and oils are more or less natural, it docent result in any dryness or itchiness at all.
I´m experiencing a really good boost on my temple now.
I think the main ingredients is the coriander and the green tea mashed together, and the oils keeps my hair and scalp moist.
And I still think the major impact is the fresh coriander (help from green tea) applied on the scalp topically and the skin absorbs it like any other shampoo or chemical substance.
Once you brake a fresh leave of coriander or other greens the enzyme progress begins, and it´s the same as eating greens or juicing.
And the skin absorbs it faster than digesting it.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Hey sage, do you think the emu oil is essential? Unfortunately I'm against using emu for moral reasons (killing of emu etc) but I'm also vegetarian.
I heard that there was a place that extracted oil from live emus somehow but I can't find it anywhere on the web..

It should be fine without emu oil also.
Use 1 extra tsp of castor oil instead, like i did for a while.
