I think your poop is to dry. Remember to mash the green tea and coriander really good also.
First i put the oils in a small bowl, 2 tsp castor oil, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp emu oil.
I added the emu oil since it penetrates the skin easier.
Then i put about 10 leaves of coriander (cilantro), or 5 leaves of parsley (alternate) in the pestle mortar bowl and 1 green tea bag, and mash it until it becomes a paste.
Pour the paste in in the oils and mix it really well until it gets green, and then i add 1 tsp coconut oil, 2 tsp of coconut milk and 3 tsp of castile soap in the bowl and mix it again.
Then i use a brush (the ones for mixing hair color) and put on my hair, and then massage it with my fingers into my scalp.
Leave it in for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.
A lot of ingredients, but the oils last for a long time, and remember to put the opened coconut milk covered in the fridge for maximum 4-5 days.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Funny how you are wearing the cap, as I was just going to ask if it was a good idea to wear one. I got my answer :-)
Thanks for all the details on how you are making the mix. It is quite helpful.
Now, I found out that the paste is completely oxidized after sitting for 20 minutes on the scalp, and changed from that light green, to dark brownish green. Are you experiencing this as well?

Yes it oxidizes quickly on the scalp, maybe the cap helps to keep the air out a little bit.
I once left the bowl with the content in, and it went dark brown after 30 minutes.

It´s the same with juicing, that you have to drink it directly.
The vitamins and minerals highest peak has a short lifetime, and i think the juices in the stores has a quiet minimal amount of them.

I used it once this past week and my hair feels very, very smooth, but it took 2 shampoo washes of dr bronner's to get it out. I'm sure it's amazing for your scalp.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Hey Sage, thanks for all the explanations!
I'm going to try this, although I need to find coconut milk (I never thought of the milk, I only ever used coconut oil). All I have at the moment are the Coconut oil, Olive oil, and green tea bags (are green tea bags alright? I can just cut them open and pour the ground or whatever it's called into the bowl).
Oh by the way, what kind of coconut milk do you use? When I hear that I think, you know, that Silk brand coconut milk, but that can't be the one?

Thanks for your positive feedback, and hopefully your batches are more user friendly now.
I tear one tea bag for each batch since it´s easier to get the right amount.
I use organic coconut milk in BPA lined free cans, and the content may look a little bit more grayish.
Once the can is opened i pour it in a air tight sealed glass bottle in the fridge for maximum 4-5 days.

It was the same for me in the beginning.
My hair and scalp got comfortable to this treatment, and i don´t have to wash it off an extra time.

Hi Billa,
I have these products close by were i live, but probably they are cheaper online.
Remember to buy organic chlorella, there is a large variety of brands to choose from, and that the castor oil is 100% pure without additives.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
i got the juicer your recommended today. it works perfect for all the green stuff but the apples didnt go through well. all the pulp seemed to got stuck in there, none of it came out infront altho i got some juice out of it. i set the pressure cap to 5 for the greens and for the apples i set it to 1 or 2 as written in the manual. do you have these problems with apples / fruits too or is there something im doing wrong?

I haven´t juiced apples for a while, but could be that you can take away the pressure cap when juicing apples.
Going to buy greens tomorrow, and i´m going try some apples also to see how my juicer reacts.

It gets a little clogged by apples, but it´s also because it only extracts the juice otherwise it would be mush coming out.
I pushed the button in the back on reverse a couple of times to gain a little bit more.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Recieved Castor oil today. It's got a really special viscosity for it being an oil, it feels thick like syrup. I can understand why it's used in massage, it kinda lessens frictions, it's hard to just scrape off. I had the mixture(Minus greens) on for an hour or so, after washing with warm water, my scalp is still a bit oily, so I "clawed" with my fingers from top down to the ears, which gave those cracking sound around the temporal area, So I'm gonna do that some more.
Wellp, I guess I'm off coriander now. It has a decent amount of potassium, so I'm gonna be putting some cream of tartar in the mixture, and hoping for no bad reaction.
