Me too.
I plan to stick with it at least six months than review. No miraculous growth but at the same time no real shedding.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
So Ive been doing this 6 months, with sage 1's original recipe: olive oil, castor oil, fresh cilantro/green tea (ground up in a spice grinder), coconut oil, and coconut milk.
I leave it on 35-40 minutes with a shower cap. Sometimes I leave it on for 1 hour.
I have done this literally every day for the past 6 months, except 1-2 days here and there on the weekends when out at friends houses.
What Ive noticed: I've got these little black hairs on both temples, really only visible with my phone flashlight up close in the mirror, that ***I think*** are growing ever ever ever so slowly. There is a ton of shedding and then rebirth of these little guys. Im pretty sure they are new. But as you guys know, its so damn hard to tell sometimes if its forward progress. Sometimes Ill look at my temples and I think realistically to myself: I dont even really see any progress to be honest. Seems still 6 months later and Im at square one. It definitely does not improve things cosmetically. But then i'll look real close under different light and it truly seems like there is more of these little guys and that they are growing at the slowest pace possible.
Whatever the case may be, I would like to continue to see if things progress BUT: Ive come to the definite conclusion that olive oil definitely, over time, does lighten my hair and causes a reddening effect. I've had two people ask me "are you dying your hair?" when Ive never had that before. I asked my mom for her opinion and she mentioned "it looks kinda of like a red highlight henna effect"
Anyways, this is unnaceptable to me. Think of those indian guys you see sometimes with that ridiculous red tint in their hair. This is the last thing Im going for and is not worth continuing treatment with olive oil if Im going to end up with a goofy looking red tint in my hair.
So this leaves the question, which Ive asked before to sage, is olive oil necessary? He thinks it is not but he is still using it. I dont know, olive oil does block PGD2 which seems to me might be crucial in this topical.
Lastly, maybe its not just the olive oil but all the oils that do this, the lightening effect I mean. I hope not. I have read other accounts of olive oil doing this so thats why I think its the culprit.
Anyways, sage, would you be willing to drop the olive oil and see if your topical still works for you? I would like to keep continuing use of this topical but I cant use the olive oil anymore. It just makes my hair look silly. But Im afraid if I stop using it (related to its ability block PGD2) then I will lose any small results I have over this long long 6 months of use...
Uhg, what to do what to do......

olive oil does not block PGD2, iono where you get your source from, but its wrong. I wish it was that easy and cheap to block pgd2.

Of course it docent, i only used it as a carrier.
Had to stop though using it as sizzling wrote, it does change your hair color so i only use pumpkin seed oil.
I finally shaved my hair, and it was quiet funny to see the new hair with a buzz cut.

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Looks like green tea can bring out red tones in dark hair as well. Can also be used a mild mild hair dye it seems, from the oxidation process of catechins and the effect of tannin..
https://www.futurederm.com/can-you-really-dye-your-hair-with-tea-the-science-behind-this-kitchen-hair-dye/
sigh, dont think I can use this topical.. Having a reddish colored henna look just does not work for me.
Uhg, 6.5 months to just stop ( Ah well, really sucks. Gotta keep searching and keep the hope alive.
Thanks for all your feedback a long the way sage. Wish you the best of luck

Re: My green tea, coconut topical and green juicing progress
Ok.
Going to wait for daylight tomorrow, and post new pics for better resemblance of my earlier ones.
As said i only posted here due to my own succés, and i believe that even sizzling will have progress.
I studied my own progress more intensely regarding the ingredients, and therefore my lack of posts since i know now the seriousness of hair loss.
As said before i also tried to figure out the main nutritions in my remedy, and the only way is to disregard some, and keep others for even bigger impact.

Sage, I do want to continue, but after reading that green tea can dye the hair, using green tea isnt really an option for me anymore. And I know that green tea is an essential ingredient..
Not sure how to maneuver around that problem...

Quiet funny how a non drug site became as equal to the opposite.
Keep inhaling your supplements, and your perfectly guided nutrients that will end up the other way without notice.
I went back to basics instead.

If his hair has grown in some from the last buzz cut you won't get a true picture of it. It's got to be short like his first pics at the beginning of this thread.

Sage, next time you get a buzz cut take a pic right away. And don't comb the hair forward like in this pic. Just leave it growing straight up.

So you mean to tell me all the pictures Sage has shown us of his regrowth still isn't enough for you? WTF?! How about you actually start and follow the protocol and stop demanding the man give you more pics? I've recently added this to my routine and I've had my mom and my sister already asking what is making my hair so thick, I'm only 5 days in. I plan to use this for 3-4 months, but I get the feeling I'm going to see a huge difference in a month. Watch the video, get all the ingredients necessary, use the routine every day, and hopefully you get results. Sage has already provided more than enough evidence that it worked for him.

There's a video?
Has the recipe changed? Is it still Pumpkin Seed Oil, Matcha powder, Olive Oil, coconut milk, and coconut oil?

This is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfLkf5hn9aM
You can read the description to see the full ingredient list. I really don't think people should be switching up the products from the original recipe. I think ppl should just get all the products she listed and use all of them faithfully for at least a month or two. All of those products have been mentioned individually for hair regrowth, it's not surprising a combination of these products are so powerful.
This is a video of a guy who tried the mixture https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hydkSZEgKO8 she has an update showing his regrowth on her channel too.
There is enough evidence that this works. Personally, I was already seeing results from my DT and scalp massages, so this will only speed things up since I don't really have much more ground to gain. If this works the way I think it will I think I have a really good shot at beating this curse in the next few months. More people need to get on it, use it everyday, don't alter the ingredients list, and get results. I've been so grateful to have found this topical (Even though it's early) and I'll keep you guys updated.
