New member needs some advise

Hi everyone, I have been taking in a lot of the knowledge from this web site for some time now and as a result built my regiment based on it. I am 31 years old slim built caucasion with a receding hairline and some thinning on top. I have always had food allergies and poor stomach digestion and at one time bad itchy scalp.
I am taking/doing the following:
Lasercombe
Massage scalp in circular motion, stretching
Boar brush as shown 2x day
Vitamin d3
Jarrah honey with ACV in water
Vitamin c
Co enzyme b complex
Digestive enzymes
R lipoic acid
Acetyl l carnitine
Magnesium citrate

I was taking resveratrol curcumin but stopped as felt was not benefiting.

Is there anything vital I'm missing and is the shown boar brush OK?
