Post  Adelante Tue Jan 08, 2013 11:43 pm

Hi everyone, i am 30 years old balding male. I am currently taking Magnesium, Curcumin, Reseratrol, B-100, R-Lipoic Acid, Neptune Krill Oil, digestive enzyme, d3 and the occasional head massage with coconut oil.
I have poor digestion which is pretty much under control and my scalp is very clean now but im still losing hair - slowed down, i am considering starting another topical, any ideas and should i add more internals?

Stick with it and further improve the health of your gut.

I would try to completely heal the gut with broth, fermented foods, probiotics (supps or homemade yogurt).

Iodine + co factors incl sea salt will help with gut and much more. Look to other areas that may be not be obvious such as oral(fillings/metals/cavities), liver etc.

What is broth and how does it assist with digestion?

I would suggest seeking the advice of a nutrition expert or a hair specialist.
