Need expert advise! plz
Could someone help me with my approach toward a better health, i'm really lost, even after reading every thing on this site. lol..
some info to work with:
* Hair loss started when i was 16. My father and his brothers are all around 40-50, all of them still have a full head of hair. Although there's sign of baldness in both my father and mothers side.
* Started taking 1/4 proscar when i turned 20. Had a massive shed, and kept shedding more than usual the entire time i was on it. My hairloss was stable thou and i did see some regrowth on my crown 10 months in. While it did work me i had to stop taking it (1year on fin) because of the sides that came along. Mostly acne and fatigue.
* My hairline is still intact even 7 years after my hair loss started (i'm 23 now). I'm more of a diffuse thinner, thinning all over my head even on my neck and behind my ears. Top of my head and crown has taken the biggest hit tho.
*Started D3, krill, curcumin/res about 6months ago but had to dropp curcumin/res after 1month due to the sides. Bad skin, weight loss (bad thing since i'm very thin to begin with) and fatigue.
There are some otherhealth issues i have beside hair loss:
*bacne, since i was 15. I still have problem with it.
* bad skin, dull and tired and some acne and big pores on my cheeks.
* acne on my chest
*thin, small, weak body with bad posture
*stomach making crazy sounds quite often, gasy
* high metabolism, have a hard time gaining weight.
*neck, back, ankle and knees make cracking sounds, especially my ankles and knees almost every time i move them.
*fatigue.. even tho i have a good night of sleep and eat well i still get tired around 4pm.
With all this in mind where should i start? Is there a connection between my hair loss and my other health problems?

I had the same acne problems until I dropped dairy. Sounds to me like you have classic food intolerance issues (afternoon tired, gassy, acne).

I'm no expert, but here is my take on it:
Read more, most issues were discussed here;
There should be no sides with cur/res;
Do the whole regimen(top6);
Start eating healthy(look at CS, jdp posts);
Go see a doctor to check if you have anything serious;
Ask less but more specific question so people can actually help you
greets!

That doesn't sound like MPB, although there could be an androgenic component. I think there probably is a connection between some of the health issues and the hair loss. Maybe some sort of wasting syndrome, with celiac a possibility. The family doctor is the first place to go.
