new here and need advise

Hi everyone, i am new here and have done a little research into the site and have come up with the following regiment. But i need help with the dosage of each of these vitamins and am i missing anything.

Curcumin
Resveratrol
Vitamin E
Magnesium Citrate
Kelp, natural iodine
astragalas
fo-ti ho shou win

Intresting collection...why not go with the classical IH regimen? For doses look on the regimenpage for cur/res; and on iherb/bottle for the other stuff.

Indeed, I would go with the IH regimen, and then perhaps add anything you want.
I must say though that diet is paramount in the hair loss fight.

I would eliminate: Gluten, sugar, grains, dairy , vegetable oils!!
If you have a clean diet I think you will get more out of the supplements.

Also, you will need patience. Instant gratification is nearly impossible with hairloss. You have to test a regimen for a while until you conclude that it works.

What are the ones you would suggest to start with?
