It really depends. What I mean is sometimes the liver is loaded in non-bio-available copper, so paradoxically we might actually need to supplement with some bio-available copper (a small amount). In any event, it is a good idea to have some zinc.

CS, over in another forum I heard the idea that B2 can help the body detox unavailable copper. Do you know anything about this?

Riboflavin Binding Protein (RBP) can bind to copper. Hopefully though, the entire B-complex is used.
Also, the most effective way to remove copper is to take molybdenum.
