Dealing with grey hair
Guys hey,
I am 32, and my hair is turning grey pretty fast. Is there a way to slowdown or reverse the process ? I'd appreciate home remedy type of solutions or things that are easier to access.

Hey, can't believe it's been more than 4 years I wrote this.
I'm 36.5 and I've got lots of gray hair. Still blackish at the first look tho.
The link directs me to youtube and I can't seem to find anything related to that article.

Hosting costs were getting out of hand, so had to just keep the channel on youtube instead of the articles.

Re: Dealing with grey hair
I came across a product called Melaniq. I don't know if it is any good. Catalase XP with 10,000IU of Catalase Enzyme with H2O2. I don't know if it might be better to get this.
It does say on the Melaniq website that we shouldn't expect reversal of grey hair. Seems like this are more prevention purposes. When we read the science of greying hair we get excited that it can in fact be actually reversed. But they seem to imply that it can't. So can it actually be reversed?
Say I get the Melaniq, Catalase, Copper, L-Tyrosine and Tocotrienols, will it reverse the already grey/white hairs?

Probably would work.

Thanks.
I've read a couple of other articles as well. They all mentioned copper as a key ingredient. The thing is though, for some reason we don't have any copper supplements in my country. Is there any other way of regulating copper levels aside from getting copper sebacate ?

Re: Dealing with grey hair
You could try obtaining a low calorie molasses. Molasses is created from the product resulting from refining sugarcane.
For some strange reason, some of the "health store" versions of this stuff sometimes have too much sugar in there. So try to get the low sugar versions, because they will have more copper in them.

An enzyme called catalase seems to be main culprit in greying of hair. Hydrogen peroxide isnt rendered harmless when in the presence of catalse, so as we age and catalse reduces, the hydrogen peroxide bleaches our hair white from the inside out.
Now, how to get more catalse is the question. It's not easy to come by, much less in concentrated amounts.
