Oil Pulling Regime
Was wondering what everyones regime was that use it? I start in the morning before breakfast, swish for about 20 minutes then I do a salt water rinse, but it leave my mouth salty. Sometimes I brush after the salt water rinse. Should I rinse my mouth with regular water after the salt water rinse?

Do whatever feels right to you. Most people do brush after oil pulling. Sometimes I'll just rinse with salt water and brush later.

Re: Oil Pulling Regime
Swishing with saltwater can be helpful in reducing pathogen loads in the mouth, especially viruses including cold sores. For me, cold sores are gone in a matter of hours after swishing with saltwater with a little baking soda mixed in as well. There should be no need to leave your mouth salty if you swish for at least 20-30 seconds.
Regarding oil pulling, you didn't mention which type of oil you use. According to a recent Indian study, sesame oil pulling is similar in efficacy to mouthwash in terms of reducing gingivitis and reducing plaque counts and microorganisms. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19336860
However, you're posting this in a hair loss forum - I don't believe there would be a beneficial connection to the hair except maybe in a very weak, roundabout way due to oral detoxification.

Hey, again, do what feels right to you. If the salty taste bothers you, rinse with regular water.

Yep, rinsing with fresh water should not be a problem. If you need the salt water to do more for you, just do it 2 or 3 times during the day, but you can rinse with fresh water each time.
