Interested to hear your opinions on this meal replacement product.. I know Gibson has always talked positively about it..

I used Ultimate Meal for a few years. It didn't regrow my hair or anything and I didn't feel my health radically improve (but it wasn't bad to begin with). It's good for you though and the founder takes a lot of care when selecting the ingredients, or so I've read.

Thanks for the response, I understand that no product alone is going to regrow hair..
I am thinking about replacing one of my meals with this product, perhaps my after workout meal..
