Why Curcumin with largest meal?

Could this explain my digestive problems ive been taking it in the monring with a probiotic, nothing else

i have been really suffering for the past 3 months from digestive problems and ecen tho i have a healthy diet have yet to resolve this.

Yes, In my case taking curcumin on an empty stomach (as well as resveratrol in high dose) gives me lose stools, sticky stools, gas, etc. I believe this is probably the result of die-off and dysbiosis. If I take either with enough food, I get no problems, really.

Keep taking your probiotic first time in the morning on an empty stomach with water. Just be sure to take curcumin (and resveratrol if you wish) with a meal, specially the largest one of the day.

I am still doing the 7hmr thing because I had a bout with gallstones a couple years ago and am afraid that the curcumin might bring it back.

Two questions:

1) I this a valid fear?
2) Should I still take reseveratol even if I stay on the 7hmr?
