Curcumin With Largest Meal Only?

Why is it that the IH regimen suggests that curcumin is to "be taken with largest meal ONLY"?
I have some pretty extreme systemic inflammation and am looking for an anti-inflammatory to help with it. I'm considering taking 500mg of Curcumin 95 three times per day. Possibly along with EVERY meal.
Why does CS suggest taking it only once per day and only with the LARGEST meal?

Unsure about the largest meal thing, but more doesn't always equal better with curcumin. A lot of people started shedding from a high concentrated curcumin supplement or something a few years back and an Italian study I believe, on hair loss used curcumin at a dose of less than 300mg I think. Not sure if that means 1.5g of normal curcumin would be bad though...
