Are egg yolks sufficient source of vitamin k2?
If I eat only like 6 raw egg yolks a day, is that enough vitamin k2 daily? I have very little knowledge of good k2 sources that are paleo, no dairy.

Do you experience the shiny teeth phenomenon with 6 raw egg yolks a day?
It's easy to tell if your body is absorbing Vit K2 because it makes your teeth go all shiny and clean. Currently, I am taking 50ug of MenaQ7 per day from Doctors Best brand and I am experiencing the shiny teeth phenomenon from that. It happened within 24hrs of taking the first 50ug dose. When I take Vit D3 with it, the effect is enhanced even more.
So if you take 6 raw egg yolks per day and you don't get shiny squeaky clean teeth from it, then it's not enough Vit K2.

I am taking this form of K2:
http://www.iherb.com/product-reviews/Nature-s-Plus-Source-of-Life-Garden-Vitamin-K2-60-Veggie-Caps/24625/?p=1
Compared it with MenaQ7 and I see the Nature's Plus brand contains 120 mcg while Doctor's Best contains 45 mcg. Of course, any amount is better than none!
(And yes, I'm seeing the shiny teeth phenomenon.)
It's best taken with a meal containing fat, which increases bioavailability.
