Hey CS,
I've been reluctant to order the Doctor's Best EC product because it doesn't seem to be using the patented Seanol-F. Have you noticed a difference if you are using Doctor's Best. I prefer to pay more for quality.
Thanks in advance if you've investigated this!

Gibson - Since each distributor labels FibroBoost®️ as its registered trademark, the Seanol should be the same.

The label description was probably provided by the distributor, but it should be exactly the same:

It's weird because the Doctor's Best product also avoids the trade mark insignia (tm) after Fibroboost, and the angle of the photograph of the bottle's label seems intent to downplay the fact that it is lacking. Those two glaring facts have dissuade me from the product. It seems to me that any product that has bout into patents or copyrights would want to make explicit such. Still, since I have no experience with it, I haven't a clue, and naturally, I'd like to save a few bucks.

Gibson - I haven't tried the Doctor's best yet, so far as I have had a large supply of the Nutricology version.

I did notice that there is only an FibroBoost®️ and not a TM, so I really don't know.

®️ is a registered trademark and is better than a ™️. Anyone can put ™️ next to a name or logo during the trademark application process, but you can only put ®️ after your trademark has been approved. So perhaps Fibroboost has been official approved by the Patent and Trademark Office and now they have the right to use that denotation.

Doctor's Best EC Question For CS Empty Re: Doctor's Best EC Question For CS

Thanks.

The camera angle bit I knew was pushing it; however, I was perplexed as to why they left of the -F after Seanol, and neglected to mention the patent.

In any case, I think I will order the Doctor's Best version next. At three a day, 75 just doesn't cut it: I'd like a bottle to last at least 30 days.

I did a bit more research before I ordered and now am confident that Dr.'s Best isn't getting it from the same source. That is not to say that it is inferior, but other companies extract seanol. In any case, I found Seanol-F for dirt cheap here ($24.95):

To complicate things I ordered it from iherb, and am awaiting their price match, as per their guarantee.

I am just operating under the notion of "if it aint broke, don't fix it." I haven't a clue if there is a difference. At least one person says the product is good.

Regarding dosage, I would dose am vs pm if only once. I like to take two am and one pm, but i often just do two a day (one am and one pm)when running low. I've tried three doses spaced out, and found no added benefit, but the double am dose seems to make a slight difference.

I ordered 4 bottles from here:

http://www.herbspro.com/shop/xq/asp/ptid.71125/pid.64574/qx/productDetail.htm

which came to $98.28 ($24.57 ea. and free shipping). I didn't know iherb would match these prices... and since they also have free shipping on orders over $60, that would be the way to go next time.

Why do u suggest morning vs evening?
I thought of trying curcumin/resv and Green tea extract in the morning and only one 1 EC cap at night to provide a deeper sleep as well. Why do you suggest that I better take it am ?
And what is the better effect you ve noticed on two caps am?

edony - Doctor's best brand has been around for a while and they are a reliable company. It would come a huge shock if their seanol were ineffective.

This is highly subjective and it's best to see what works for you.

That said, I would switch your planned am and pm plans. Since reserveratrol, green tea and curcumin can be tough on the stomach, i would want to take them on a full stomach at night. in contrast, Seanol is best on an empty stomach; thus am is ideal.

i like Seanol during the day because it helps my body deal with the day's stress.
