Woohoo, Regrowth, For Real!

So it was really possible, regrow hair where the scalp is slick :p, I always thought it was not possible, I've used Apple Cider Vinegar for 1 months and I've added Cayenne Pepper two days ago. I have little new blond hair sprouting out along my NW1 hairline :p. I'm so happy, do you think I can regrow all my hair back? What is the best to regrow hair, besides Minoxidil, ACV and Cayenne Pepper of course? 
I hope it's also my regimen that's doing its job. I don't know if I should add a curcumin/resveratrol combo. Can you advise me? thanks

Cur/res? Yes, awesome! GSE is said to be better than ACV for decalcifiaction....you also want to use internals for decalcification: calcium/vitD-cofactors, especially magnesium and k2. IP6 is probably the most effective way of cleaning up the calcium. Of course the Decalcify forumla form CS and Nid will help big times!

Are you talking about topical ACV or internal? How specifically are you using it. I've read threads on consuming it, but not so much on topical application. I recall there being a problem with the smell.

where do you get your cayenne to mix is it powdered from the grocery store,or do you buy extract capsules and what ratio acv to cayenne?

Simple powder from the grocery lol, I added 2 coffee spoons to 300 ml of ACV. It sure tingles a little but I think it's doing its job, we'll see in a few months

Interesting, may give this some thought. I tried cayenne and AVC internally in the past...

Didn't someone on this forum (I think CS) say Cayenne Pepper is not good for hair and can accelerate hair loss?

I prefer before the shower, you know the smell and the color since I added Cayenne Pepper to it . I cover my thinning are that's all. So it is bad to spice your food with Cayenne Pepper? For hair I mean :p

Are you diluting with anything? what brand of ACV? how long you live it on? how many times a week etc

No, only after certain high doses. Cayenne moves metals around, that's the reason people had problems with it, I think......after a good amount of chelation that shouldn't happen.FredtheBelgian wrote:I prefer before the shower, you know the smell and the color since I added Cayenne Pepper to it

Twice to three times a day, everyday sometimes I skip but hey it's not minoxidil . I buy it in a belgian store, you wouldn't know :p
