The real natural way
Just curious due to the nature of the forum itself (natural hair regrowth)
The main source here seems to be calculating supplements instead, and trying to fool the natural intake by using "supplements".
I´m juicing greens since they have our must needed nutrients, but still not mentioned at all in this so called natural forum or is to simplistic?

Re: The real natural way
I find that "greens" lower my body temperature,
and therefore lower my metabolism,
and are therefore working against me
What does " calculating supplements" mean ?
"juicing greens" isn't mentioned because it usually doesn't help enough

I think you know what i mean by over calculating our simplistic needs that is in front of our nose.
You proved me right directly, and do you juice greens?

It kills the whole fun of calculating supplements right?

Re: The real natural way
Well, I think of supplements as a sail in a boat, just to help you get there a bit faster or easier. But we (or at least I) am still rowing with the ores, ie. the natural way.
I mean, supplements really aren't that bad as long as you do research on them, I certainly don't rely on them alone. I combine a bunch of natural stuff. I guess technically they aren't 100% "natural" but it's not like using Minoxikill or Finkilleride.
For example, if someone doesn't have the time to prepare the right portions/types of foods he needs to get all the nutrients he might take a multivitamin or a specific supplement. Just make sure you take a good brand and do your research.

I found juicing did nothing for my hair, but everything for my health.

Could be the reason of my success at least since i´m doing both (topical and oral).
By the way are you using a low RPM juicer?

Thanks for the only straight forward reply.
I´m still confused how we dismiss our natural recourse, and the non research behind their efficiency since they don´t have a glued on nutrition label.
Could the supplemental be the same as the drug industry?, that nobody bothers since there is no gain in it?
Only some non educated youtube posters, that praises the simplicity (complexity) that our nature provides us.
It´s easy to put stated nutrients on a pill, but how is the actual outcome in your body?

Re: The real natural way
pgd2 causes hair loss
you need to remove the cause of the prostaglandins (unsaturated oils) and replace the fat with dairy and coconut oil which do not produce prostaglandins
that's it folks
things like caffeine and niacin can cause unsaturated fat to be released and will lower pgd2 in the long term,
and coconut oil can replace your current dietary fat

pgd2 studies seems to be the new thing as all the other ones before, and now we have to find the solution for it.

Re: The real natural way
actually the theory began in 2012
yes, it is caused by soybean oil/sunflower oil in your body tissue, and the fat can stay in the body for 4 years.
those oils literally give off prostaglandins, with exception to fish oil, as this is the most unsaturated of all oils,
see the other thread where we discuss how to remove and replace it .

Sorry for my lack of knowledge regarding this 3 year study.
Still no answer to my simple question.

Re: The real natural way
what was your question ?
we answered it in the other thread, how to remove and replace the body fat so you don't produce prostaglandins, and named some supplements to help the process.
vitamin e - turns the unsaturated fats (soybean, sunflower oil, cottonseed, palm oil) into saturated fat, allegedly.
aspirin - blocks pgd2 by 86%
coconut oil - to replace the soybean oil in the body. however, you feel worse during this process temoporarily.
niacin flushing, - raises pgd2 temporarily and releases fat from the tissues (bad if you are built of out soybean oil)
caffeine - similar action to the above,
niacinamide will block the body from burning fat, I am not sure if this is a good thing.
fish oil does not produce prostaglandins, but it does when you niacin flush.

Your answer by ridiculing a simple question with ? (and of course no one else bothers) made me realize how fooled you are by the industry.
I will not bother anymore, and i will continue to juice my green apples on my scalp combined with my regime.
