I dont know how to tell if itll be absorbable or not or if this is a good blend in the right ratios

Now you can tell them not to use it daily, because that amount of vitamin A probably would be bad for hair in the long run.

This is not correct. Vitamin A in this form is converted as needed by the body, and there is no overdose. In other words, it's not pre-formed vitamin A.

That's what they say about beta-carotene. I don't know about alpha-carotene (also in there), although its conversion also seems limited.
