unrefrigerated source for Omega-3s?

whats the best source for Omega-3s that doesnt need to be refigerated? i take flax seed oil now, and have done krill oil in the past, but the krill oil i bought needed to be refrigerated.

iluvhair - I use Now brand Krill oil, this doesn't need to be refrigerated.
Other sources of chia seed (parental omega-3 or precursor).
