Great video, with good balance of science and common sense. The material presented compliments what is said in the FOOD Inc. movie about the US corn industry and the subsidized production and encouraged consumption of high fructose corn syrup.
I liked the point he made about fruits, that under the premise that fructose is bad for you, eating an apple is ok because 'god packaged the poison with the antidote' - the antidote being the fiber content. Altho over the hundreds of years of agriculture the fructose content in most fruits must be many multiples of what nature initially intended...

Great set of videos, really is an eye opener to process foods. If you didnt know the extensive damage fructose corn syrup has the body, after watching this you probably wont touch a can of coke for a while.
