My most recent theory has to do with TENSION being the cause of disease...

A little tension can lead to resistance power which is beneficial.
But long term tension leads to deteriorating.

I will repeat it 100000000 times till everyone is tired of it.
You must chew your food.Because stomach has no teeth.
Chew your food thoroughly so that you insalivate it and blend it before goingdown to the stomach.
That way you save stomach enzymes.You need these enzymes to remain vital.

Lets get practical...When we eat bread and other difficult to chew foods ,when we do it in a hurry,
the stomach immediately realises that its gonna get -hard to break- stuff.The result is inflammation in the face,the nearby tissues and of course scalp.The result is inflammation signaling.
While if you chew it slowly,the inflammation will be much much lower.
Still bread is not a health food but makes one feel full.

Foods like beets will digest the food for you.Also beets are food for probiotics.

You must learn to live a subtle life!!!
power is in the fine and the subtle.Not the gross and the hard.

A chinese herbalist that is said to have lived 256 years,said the following:
''Retain a calm heart, sit like a turtle, walk swiftly like a pigeon, and sleep like a dog''

You must learn to walk like you are light.Because you are really light.
But mind and tense blocks your lightness.The lightness and regeneration is there,but we block it.

Why water fasting works,why juice fasting works...Because you cant create tension with stuff like water and juice in your body.
Lets lookatour relationships...We fail because we have so much tension in us that repels others from us.
A girl will like you .She would think you are mysterious and go for you.But when you open your mouth
and release all this tense,you arent a mystery anymore.Mystery lives in the subtle.You are mystery.

If you eat like a rabbit it will help. However, if your have a strong stomach that adores animal flesh (why chew excessively?)

Most of the people i have encountered eat in hurry...
And those that go slow,still dont chew their food more than 10 times.

In any case,teeth/mouth should be the grinder and stomach the cleanser ...
