cpio - molybdenum can be depleted with high dose MSM, something to consider.

CS, in your female loss page, there is molybdenum and MSM. Should the two be taken apart, given that one can deplete the other?

slowbutspeeding - They can be taken together or separate. When MSM is taken chronically, especially in high doses, the risk of molybdenum deficiency increases, but it does not happen immediately.

It's said to be potent anti candida nutrient. Anybody with experiences, and the dosages for this one? I might try to use it when i am exposed to formaldehyde for extended peroids of time. Would it work for detox it? It's cheap and potent.
is this product good or it's 25mcg of molybdenum insuficient dose.
