great tasting food that is good for you

they is so much talk on what not to eat. I want to know what I can eat that is tastey as well.
I currently eat alot of eggs, fruits, veggies, and meats like turkey, lamb, chicken...
can anyone help me add food to my diet?

berries. Around from the beggining and very high in anti-oxidents.

By the way,I would prefer one fruit a day. What taste great? For example chocolate which contains 99% cocoa, crimini mushrooms, red wine, homemade kefir. Healthy foods are sometimes tasty.
