my symptoms are general fatigue, cold hands and feet, low libido, difficulty waking up in the morning, low mood and stressed.

There are days I feel great and its like the world is mine and nothing can stop me, it feels so good , im more concentrated. Now its like im living with foggy glasses, its diffucult to explain
