I am 3 weeks in on the IH regime minus ALC and have had just suffered from alot of irritation, alot of hair has shed, and im getting skin irritation like bumps along my hairline, just as of the last few days

I have added Borage oil and take jarrows GLA 240 with vitamin e this i have been taking for a week,

Are there any expected stages to go through when on the regime, i thought i would be potentislly getting rif of the itch?

Is shedding to be expected? could it be the change in curcumin to bsm that was previously recommended.

Or should i just account it to an improved circulation due to the regimne, and hence an increasing volume of DHT reaching the hair follicles

Maybe i need a DHT blocker?

Its likely due to your eating habits. I had itching for awhile until I changed my diet and started on iodine and magnesium.

some people believe that the red bumps are a good thing. JDP said that for him they always lead to regrowth or better hair
