Doctor's best Na-RALA

CS and anyone,
Could you tell me the size of the capsules of this supplement... I know it provides 100 mg of Na-RALA but I want to know the capacity in mg of the capsule itself.
What I will try is to half the dose to 50 mg since I want to start more conservative, besides I'm very thin. I will take 50 mg + 588 mg of ALCAR per meal.
CS do you see any problem with these doses or the method of taking half capsule per meal?
Do you think the active ingredient is well difused through the capsule so to guarantee that you take roughly 50% of the active ingredient if you take half capsule?

LittleFighter - Halving it should be fine, doesn't have to be exact.
