I forgot to order Acetly L C with the when i was ordering the IH6 will this have any impact? or if i continue to eat well i'll be ok?

DesperateIntellect - It's quite okay. Not having it will not adversely affect it. It's the least important part of the regimen.

CS: So what are the most important parts then? Can we skip the D3/K2 in the summer? Will skipping the krill be bad for your hair?

Also, how come Resveratrol isn't on the list considering how much everyone praises it on this board?

Warren - If stress is a factor, Resveratrol is really important (when used with Curcumin).

Wouldn't drop the krill oil, it helps protect against Omega-6 dominance which is a major source of inflammatory prostaglandins. This prevents high elevations of 5-alpha reductase.

what benefits does the krill oil have over the fermented cod liver oil? and vice versa?

I just opened a bottle of Jarrow's krill oil and will be taking 1 or 2 a day, but i'm considering trying out the fermented cod liver oil. Is it worth it?
